Reporting to the Service Leader, the Food and Beverage Servers request orders from and serve food and beverages to guests. They are familiar and knowledgeable of service techniques and are able to work effectively and unobtrusively around guests. The Food & Beverage Servers provide genuine hospitality to our guests by delivering quality food and beverages in an efficient and consistent manner, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude and a smile.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proserve (responsible service of alcohol) certification (can be obtained online) before start of employment
Must speak fluent English, additional language an asset
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
2 – 4 years serving experience, some of it in a fine dining setting
Desire and ability to increase knowledge in the Food & Beverage and Customer Service field
Ability to handle money
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
